Shipping policy

We ship nationwide across Pakistan. Every piece is packed with care.

Shipping charges

•     Orders over PKR 5,000 — Free shipping across Pakistan

•     Orders under PKR 5,000 — Flat rate PKR 300

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Once processed, we'll send you a WhatsApp update with your tracking number.

Delivery estimates

•     Karachi, Lahore & Islamabad — 2–3 business days after dispatch

•     Rest of Pakistan — 3–5 business days

These are estimates from our courier partners. Weather, public holidays, and remote locations can affect delivery times.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available nationwide. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel and pay the courier. Refused deliveries may result in a small restocking fee on future orders.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS and WhatsApp along with the courier's tracking link. If you don't receive updates within 3 business days of placing your order, message us.

Missing or delayed orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, WhatsApp us at +92 331 1077756 with your order number. We'll follow up with the courier.

Address changes

If you need to change your delivery address, WhatsApp us before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, we can't reroute.

International shipping

We currently ship within Pakistan only. Follow us on Instagram @the.playback.store for updates when international shipping opens.
